1. Change of Profile Photo, Name, or Introduction will require a profile approval.
2. Nude, partially nude, sexually suggestive, or any offensive photos as your profile photo are not allowed.
3. Profile Photo must be of you and not someone else.
4. Any online IDs, such as twitter, facebook, or any other messenger IDs, addresses, numbers, and web URLs, in your name or introduction are not allowed.
5. Any names of messenger and SNS are not allowed with # for interest tags in profile introduction.
6. Your profile photo may be posted by your friends on their facebook or twitter account.
7. Violation of any of these terms will result in suspension or termination of your ePenpal account.
8. If your account is suspended or terminated, your profile may no longer be available for viewing and your activities will be limited.

2. You may not include hate speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity in your stories.
3. You must not reveal personal information of other users in your stories.
4. You must not post stories in which you abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other ePenpal users.
5. You may not post stories in which there are nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
6. You may not post stories of crimes, violence, drugs, and weapons.
6. You may not use the ePenpal service for commercial purposes.
7. You may not use the ePenpal service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
8. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you post, and display on the ePenpal service.
